  1. Sunflower Microgreens

Complete seeds has to be soaked for about 6 hours before seeding, but skip soaking in case of splits.

5 to 6 days will be taken for the germination and can be harvested after 18 to 20 days. It is better to grow them in a place below 21 degrees celsius and on coconut coir for higher yield.

Pea microgreens are a very good source of nutrition. They are rich in Carbohydrates, protein, Vitamin A, C, E and folic acid. These microgreens boost the immune system and enhance eye health. They have a mild flavour. Consumed either raw or cooked. 

Soak the seeds before seeding for 10 to 12 hours. They usually take 3 to 4 days for the germination and will be ready for the harvest within 12 to 14 days. Grown either on soil or coco coir.

  1. Cabbage Microgreens

Cabbage microgreens are as rich in nutrients as their mature counterparts. They have a mild cabbage flavor and used in garnishing. Cabbage microgreens are rich in potassium, iron, beta-carotenes, Vitamin A, C, E, K and also antioxidants and minerals. These microgreens improve digestion, reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol etc.

Soak the seeds before seeding for 24 to 48 hours till the seeds turn one shade darker. They usually take 2 to 3 days for the germination and will be ready for the harvest within 10 to 15 days. Grown either on soil or coco coir.

  1.  Red Veined Sorrel Microgreens

Red veined sorrel popularly known as Blood Sorrel are a versatile microgreens with fresh green leaves and a zesty tangy flavor. Include them in either cooked recipes or salads.

They are rich in vitamin B, C, minerals, and also have antioxidant properties. They cure boils or skin rashes

Red veined sorrel microgreens are generally slow growing microgreens. Do not soak the seeds before seeding. Germination process takes 3 to 10 days. Place them in a dark room during germination phase and after this they have to be grown under sunlight till 15 to 16 days. These microgreens will be ready for the harvest after 18 days.
